I need to order ACUC Training Materials. How do I do this? |

If you are an ACUC Diver please contact your ACUC Dive Center or Instructor. They will be pleased to assist you. If you are an ACUC Instructor please use your Instructor Order Form sent to you with your ACUC Materials Price List. If you require another copy please contact info@acuc.ca |

I’ve run out of Log Book pages. Can I order more? |

Yes. Many ACUC Dive Centers and Instructors have Log Book refill sheets available for sale. You can also order more by telephoning our office. Please have your Credit Card ready. Payment must accompany all orders.—Customer Service (519) 750-5767 |

I’m on vacation and I left my ACUC Diver Card at home. What can I do? |

Please ask the Dive Center or Resort you are staying with to telephone our office (519) 750-5767. We will be pleased to confirm your membership with them. Our staff is available to assist during our regular business hours. 9:00am—4:00pm EST Monday through Thursday, 9:00am—2:00pm EST Friday. |

I’ve lost my ACUC Leadership Level Card. What can I do? |

Please contact acuchq@acuc.ca. If you are a current member we can ship another card to you right away. If you are not a current member please see Leadership Renewal for our terms and conditions for our Leadership members. |

Do ACUC Diver Level certifications expire? |
|
Although your ACUC Diver certification is valid for life, we strongly recommend to all members to take an ACUC Refresher Program if more than 2 years have passed since diving. Please contact your nearest ACUC Dive Center or Instructor for details. |
